Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
A refund may be initiated under the following conditions:
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
In certain cases, Velmora may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Velmora (wrong or defective product).
